1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Adropic", "we") and the natural or legal person using the Adropic platform ("User", "you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

Adropic provides brand analysis, AI-assisted ad creative production, campaign management and automated optimisation. Scope depends on your plan and the third-party accounts you connect.

3. Account and authorisation

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
By adding a brand you confirm you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Connecting an ad, store or analytics account grants Adropic authority to act on it within the documented scope.

4. Your content and rights

Product images, logos, copy and brand assets you upload remain yours. Adropic processes them solely to provide the service. Rights in generated output are assigned to you to the extent applicable — see AI content and liability.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service outside the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Fees

Credits, billing and refunds are governed by Credits and billing.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adropic is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from ad spend. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid Adropic in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Adropic may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. After termination, data is retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before taking effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of [COMPETENT COURT] have jurisdiction.
