Credits, Billing and Refunds

Credit model

Production operations (image, video, analysis, agent runs) consume credits. Credits are added to your account at the start of each subscription period.

Credits cover compute cost only; ad spend is not included and is charged directly to your own ad account.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Additional credit purchases (top-ups) are not currently offered.

What is and isn't charged

Failed generations and system errors are not deducted.
Intermediate outputs produced for quality control are not passed on to you.
Agent actions requiring approval are charged only after you approve them.

Billing

Subscriptions are invoiced periodically in advance. Invoices are sent to your registered email. Taxes are added at the applicable rates.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end.
No refund is issued for the remainder of a period cancelled mid-term.
Consumed credits are not refundable.
Statutory withdrawal rights are reserved.

Price changes

Prices may change. Existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance, and changes apply from the next renewal.
