Autonomous Actions
Spend-affecting changes Autopilot and agents make on your behalf.
Effective date: 2026-07-25
Draft. This policy does not take effect until legal review is complete.
Adropic's autonomous features can make changes on a connected ad account that cause money to be spent. This notice defines the limits of that authority.
Autonomy levels
| Level | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Suggest | The system decides but does not act; items wait in the approval queue |
| Semi-autonomous | First publish requires approval, later optimisations apply automatically |
| Autonomous | Changes within the defined gates apply without approval |
You set the level per brand and can lower it at any time.
What autonomous mode may do
- Pause campaigns and ad sets
- Increase or decrease budget within your defined ceiling
- Replace underperforming creatives
- Create new ads (paused by default)
Safeguards
- Every change passes through mutation gates before going live.
- Budget increases are capped by the ceiling you set.
- All autonomous actions are logged with timestamps and are reviewable.
- You can stop autonomous mode in a single action.
Your responsibility
By enabling autonomous mode you accept responsibility for the changes made under it and the ad spend they cause. Adropic does not warrant that optimisation decisions will deliver any particular performance.
Setting limits
We recommend defining a daily spend ceiling before enabling autonomous mode. If none is set, your ad account's own limits apply.
