AI Content and Liability

Rights, accuracy and the review duty that comes with generated creatives.

Effective date: 2026-07-25

Draft. This policy does not take effect until legal review is complete.

Rights in output

Adropic assigns to you all rights it holds in generated output, to the extent applicable and provided your payments are current. However, copyright protection for AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction, and Adropic makes no warranty as to registrability.

No uniqueness guarantee

Identical or similar inputs may produce similar output for different users. Adropic does not warrant that any output is unique to you.

Accuracy and hallucination risk

Generated images, videos and copy may deviate from your product's real appearance, material, colour, packaging or features. The model may invent a feature or label that does not exist.

Reviewing every creative before publishing is your obligation. A product visual that misrepresents reality may constitute a misleading commercial practice.

Claims in copy

You must verify performance, health, discount and comparison claims in generated ad copy. Phrases such as "best", "100%" or "clinically proven" must not be used without substantiation.

AI disclosure

Some platforms and jurisdictions require AI-generated ad content to be labelled. Applying that label is your responsibility.

Third-party models

Generation runs through the third-party models listed on the subprocessors page. Those providers' own usage policies also apply to content you generate.
