Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension without notice.

Prohibited content

• Illegal goods and services; drugs, weapons, forged documents, pirated software
• Sexual content and any child sexual abuse material
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, discrimination against protected groups
• Misleading health, financial or weight-loss claims; guaranteed-return promises
• Gambling, crypto investment advice and high-risk financial product marketing (unless permitted by local law)

Likeness and deepfakes

• You may not generate or use a real person's face, voice or likeness without explicit, documentable permission.
• Impersonating celebrities, public officials or brand representatives is prohibited.
• Presenting UGC-format avatars as real people is prohibited where the destination platform's disclosure rules require otherwise.

Trademarks and copyright

• Do not upload or use as a generation reference any logo, trademark, character or image you do not own or have rights to.
• Content obtained through competitor analysis may be used for analysis only and must not be copied and published.

Technical abuse

• Automation to circumvent credit limits, multi-accounting, reverse engineering and bypassing security controls are prohibited.
• Reselling the service as a generation API to third parties requires separate written permission.
