Adropic

An ad creative workflow for freelance marketers

A five-step workflow that turns a client brief into reviewed ad creatives, with a fill-in brief and a pre-delivery checklist you can copy.

Short answer

  • Five steps: brief, brand, production, checks, handover. Most rework comes from a brief that was too vague.
  • Produce several directions for review instead of one final; use Ads mode to change copy without regenerating the scene.
  • Adropic has no client seats or approval portal today, so you still run review and handover yourself.

Most rework in client ad work does not come from the design. It comes from a brief that left too much open. This workflow keeps the loop short: a brief that fits on one page, a brand the tool has actually learned, several directions to react to, a check before the client sees anything, and a clean handover.

1. Start with a one-page brief

Copy this into your notes and fill it in with the client before you produce anything:

Client and brand:
Website:
Product or offer to promote:
Audience (who, where):
Goal (sales, leads, awareness) and how it is measured:
Channels and formats (feed 4:5, Reels and Stories 9:16, video):
Must include (claims, logo, price, legal line):
Must avoid (competitor names, banned words, sensitive topics):
Deadline and who approves:

The "must avoid" line and the name of the person who approves save more revisions than any other field.

2. Let the tool learn the brand, then check it

Enter the client's website as a new brand. Adropic reads the products, tone, colour palette and visual language and builds that brand's own Brand Brain, so one client's style never leaks into another's. Read the result before producing: if the tone or palette is off, fix it now, not after fifty images.

3. Produce directions, not a final

Aim for three directions of the same message, for example problem, benefit and social proof, so the client reacts to choices instead of judging a single image.

  • Shoot turns a product photo into a studio shot and stays faithful to the real product.
  • Image-gen builds a scene from the brand strategy when there is no photo.
  • Ads lays copy, logo and layout over a finished visual.

4. Check before the client sees it

Run this list on every creative:

  • The product looks like the real product: label, proportions, colours.
  • Text is spelled correctly and every claim is one the client can support.
  • Logo, colours and tone match the brand.
  • The format fits each placement.
  • Nothing suggests a real customer or a real person said it. AI-produced UGC video is not a testimonial.
  • Nothing breaks the destination platform's ad policies.

5. Revise once, then hand over

Collect the client's feedback in one round. Use Ads mode to change wording, logo or layout without regenerating the scene, and regenerate only when the scene itself is wrong. Then hand over the approved creatives.

If you have access to the client's ad account, you can connect it and publish through Adropic. The campaign opens paused, the first publish needs your approval, and the ad spend belongs to that account.

What you still handle yourself

Adropic does not currently offer client seats, white-label reports or a client approval portal. Share creatives and collect approvals the way you do today, and keep the written approval with your brief.

Frequently asked

  • Not to produce creatives. To publish through Adropic you connect an ad account you have access to. Otherwise you can use the creatives outside Adropic and hand them over as you normally would.

  • Each client is a separate brand with its own Brand Brain. Starter includes one brand, Creator up to three and Scale unlimited brands.

  • You and your client are. Check each platform's policies and your agreement for what may be published. Adropic does not guarantee ad performance or approval.
